Members of our team teach culturally safe and trauma-informed practice through Wilfrid Laurier University, bringing together clinical knowledge, lived experience, and years of frontline and community-based work.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation
Clinical Supervision & Consultation
We provide individual and group clinical supervision, complex case consultation, and professional support for clinicians, recent graduates, and community organizations.
Our team also provides ongoing supervision and consultation to community agencies within Six Nations of the Grand River, bringing extensive experience in trauma, Indigenous mental health, grief, culturally responsive practice, and complex clinical care.
Our approach is collaborative and reflective, creating space for clinicians to strengthen their skills, work through challenging cases, and grow in their practice.
Our Voice in the Community
Conversations That Matter
At Dragonfly, our work doesn't stop at the therapy room door. We take mental health conversations into the community through podcasts, presentations, teaching, and public conversations, sharing what we've learned about trauma, grief, culture, healing, and building systems of care that truly respond to people.
Podcast hosts have invited our Clinical Director, Jenny Jonker, MSW, RSW, to talk about lived experience, money mindset, and building a practice with purpose. These conversations grow out of the same work our whole team does every day: showing up for people with honesty, care, and respect.
